Lingonberry, Pine Cone and Fir Needle
In Norse mythology, Freyja was the goddess of love, fertility, and war. She had powers over life and death, was versed in mystic arts, could talk to spirits and see into the future. She owned a chariot drawn by two cats, a feathered cloak that could turn her into a falcon, and would ride into battle on the back of a mighty boar. Warriors who fell in battle would be divided, with half going to Odin’s hall in Valhalla, and the other half going to Freyja’s vast hall of Sessrumnir in Folkvang.
This woody fragrance is a gorgeous mix of fir needle and pine cone, which is gently lifted with a tart note of lingonberry at its heart. This clean, light scent is reminiscent of spring growth and abundant woodlands.
